For the past twenty years, I’ve provided a comfortable and safe environment for people to discuss their feelings and thoughts about experiences, concerns and changes they hope for in life and relationships. Through therapy, I work with clients to help them increase self awareness and understanding, become more flexible and secure, less reactive, have improved relationships, energy and perspective. My clients say they feel better, less anxious, feel kinder towards themselves, see positive change at work and home, socially and professionally, find peace of mind and have a greater trust in themselves.
I’ve found that counseling can serve as a vehicle for people to clarify what they want, respond to themselves with compassion, identify and access motivation, and eliminate obstacles to desired goals. A significant part of this process is a strong alliance with a therapist.
I have a strong belief in and commitment to the therapeutic process and that we all have the potential to change restricting thoughts and habits so that we can access our true and unique purpose and self.
